McCool Creative
McCool Creative offers comprehensive services related to productions in film, theatre, television, music and publishing, including financing and capital raise projects, sales and marketing campaigns, branding, corporate structures, investment structures, proformas, licensing, legal merchandising and other entertainment, media and sports agreements.
We specialize in business philanthropy for artists who need assistance in reaching their target audience. We seek and attract artists who lack the means whether it financial, time allocation or skill set limitations. McCool Creative allows the artist to focus on their strengths. We provide the offloading of the business responsibilities of an artist to provide a sanctum of clarity. Our end game is to develop a platform of stability for the artist; mentally, financially and spiritually in order to freely create.

Leadership Team
Matthew McCool – Founder – Relationship Development
With an extensive career in sales and marketing specializing in business development and revenue creation, Matthew has had a well-rounded career in the field. After working for a Fortune 500 company in his early years, he quickly absorbed the facets of business in its entirety and moved on to be a career entrepreneur. His vast network of friends and family in both business and athletics is a testament to the old adage, ‘Do what you say and say what you do’. The combination of his IT, software, communications, and business relationship development experience graces his ability to navigate business affairs to become long-term and mutually beneficial.
Matthew is a student-athlete graduate of St. John’s University in New York City where he received his BS in Marketing while playing lacrosse on a full athletic scholarship. He was an academic all-American and a starting team contributor who helped lead his teammates to be the winningest team in the university’s history to date.
Kalena Peirce – Relationship Development
A long-time advocate in education. Kalena has used her master’s degree in education to assist universities with increasing enrollment, increasing alumni donations and philanthropic causes. A long-time partner of the University of Colorado, Kalena is currently serving as an advisory board member to help with implementation of collective bargaining for the staff across the multi campus university. Kalena has been instrumental in securing pay raises to staff members who have been living under the level of appropriate pay grades. Kalena provides a caring perspective to our scope of work and brings her unique perspective to all of our projects and to our artist’s needs. She comes from a long line of established family artists and has fond appreciation for everything creative.
